McDonald's McNugget® Caviar Kit Offer (“Offer”)

Offer begins 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 10, 2026 and ends 12:00 p.m. ET on February 17, 2026 or when all available “Gifts” (as defined below) have been claimed, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”). Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility: Offer is open to permanent legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of McDonald’s USA, LLC (“McDonald’s”) and Golin, (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate. P.O. Box addresses are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate: During the Offer Period, visit www.McNuggetCaviar.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the Offer claim form. The first 750 eligible individuals to submit a valid Offer Claim form will receive one (1) McNugget® Caviar kit (each, a “Gift”). Gift will include one (1) container of McNugget® Caviar from Paramount Caviar, creme fraîche, a Mother of Pearl caviar spoon, a custom pairing card and a $25 Arch Card®. McDonald’s determination as to the order of participants who submit an Offer claim form will be final. Limit one (1) Gift per person and per household for the entire Offer Period.

General Conditions: By participating in this Offer, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions of this Offer and agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of McDonald’s, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Offer. In the event a participant is found to be in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, he/she/they may be required to reimburse McDonald’s for the stated value of the Gift. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by McDonald’s, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in McDonald’s sole opinion, compromised by non‐authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of McDonald’s, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness of this Offer, McDonald’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate this Offer. Offer valid only to individual consumers. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored.

Release: By participating, participant further agrees to release and hold Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, injury, harm and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any item provided, the administration of the Offer, participation in the Offer or in any Offe-related activities and participant assumes all liability in connection therewith.

Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited, the participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Offer, or any item provided, or the determination of an Offer recipient, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out‐of‐pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will the participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and the participants hereby waive any and all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out‐of‐pocket expenses and participants hereby waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and McDonald’s in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
